Pemilik Mobil Daihatsu Xenia Diminta Datang ke Bengkel Resmi Karena Terkena Recall

Daihatsu Xenia recall issued due to shock absorber and front right door beam issues
PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) has announced a recall for Daihatsu Xenia vehicles in Indonesia. The recall is due to reported damage to the shock absorber nut and the front right door beam.
The affected Xenia vehicles were manufactured between November 2021 and November 2023. The inspection and tightening of the front shock absorber nut will take approximately 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, Xenia vehicles manufactured in November 2022 will require inspection and repair of the front right door beam, which will take about 3-4 hours to complete.
Sri Agung Handayani, Marketing Director & Corporate Communication Director of PT ADM, emphasized that this program is part of Daihatsu’s commitment to prioritize customer safety and comfort while driving.
“We invite customers whose vehicles are included in this program to visit the nearest Daihatsu authorized workshop to undergo inspection and repair at no cost,” explained Sri Agung in a Daihatsu official statement.
Owners who are unsure if their vehicles are included in the recall can visit the official Daihatsu website or contact the call center at 1-500-898.
Vehicle owners are required to book a service appointment in advance and arrive at the official Daihatsu workshop at the designated time. Daihatsu has prepared 170 official workshops across Indonesia for this recall program. The inspection is free of charge, and owners only need to bring their vehicle and service book.
